Arrive at Paro International Airport and transfer to your hotel. Spend the day visiting Paro’s cultural highlights, including Rinpung Dzong, Kyichu Lhakhang, and the National Museum (Ta Dzong). In the evening, meet your trekking guide for a briefing and prepare for the Bumdra Trek.
After breakfast, drive to Sang Choekor Buddhist College, the trek’s starting point. Ascend gradually through pine and rhododendron forests, passing prayer flags and scenic ridges with magnificent views of Paro Valley. Reach Bumdra Monastery (Cave of a Thousand Prayers), explore the sacred cave temple, and camp overnight while enjoying panoramic Himalayan views.
