Sagala Trek is considered a moderate-level trek suitable for trekkers with a reasonable level of fitness. The trail includes gradual climbs, mountain paths, and some steep sections, but no technical climbing is required.
The best seasons for Sagala Trek are March to May (spring) and September to November (autumn) when the weather is pleasant, skies are clear, and mountain views are at their best.
