Entering the Rara National park requires a permit which is called the Rara National Park Entry Permit. Along with the permit, a TIMS (Trekkers’ Information Management Systems) card is required as well. A TIMS card is to keep track of tourists and their locations during certain times. However, you need not worry about acquiring these permits as these are included in the tour package. To acquire the permits, our marketing officers will ask you for your valid passport and two passport-sized photographs to apply for the permits. The rest will be taken care of.
