Day 1Day 1 : Arrival at Paro Airport. Altitude 2300M

Upon arrival at Paro International Airport, you’ll be greeted by your guide. After completing the necessary formalities and collecting your baggage, check into your hotel. After some time to relax, begin your exploration of Paro. Start with a visit to Paro Dzong , a stunning fortress-monastery overlooking the Paro River, showcasing beautiful Bhutanese architecture. Next, head to Kyichu Lhakhang, one of Bhutan’s oldest temples, known for its serene atmosphere and cultural significance. Day 2Day 2: Paro to Thimphu Distance: 49 KM | Drive Time: 1 Hour | Altitude: 2400M

After breakfast, drive to Thimphu, the capital city of Bhutan. The journey is 49 km and takes about one hour. At 2400 meters above sea level, Thimphu is the largest city in the country. Visit the 13 Arts and Crafts School where students learn traditional Bhutanese skills. Then explore the Folk Heritage Museum, a 150-year-old traditional house showing how people lived in the past. In the afternoon, visit the Post Office and create your own stamp. Dinner and overnight stay at a hotel in Thimphu.

 

Day 3Day 3 : Thimphu to Trongsa. Distance 185KM| Driving Time 5 Hours | Altitude 2200 M at Trongsa.

After breakfast, drive to Trongsa, located 185 km from Thimphu. The journey takes about 5 hours and offers beautiful views of mountains, forests, and villages along the way. Trongsa sits at an altitude of 2200 meters and is known for its historical significance. Upon arrival, you can relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. Dinner and overnight stay at a hotel in Trongsa.

Day 4Day 4 : Nabji Trail TREK: Tongtongphey to Jangbi. Distance 7-9.5 KM| Walking Time 3-4 Hours | Altitude range 1000M-1350 M

Today marks the start of the Nabji Trail Trek. After breakfast, drive to Tongtongphey, the starting point of the trek. From here, begin a gentle walk to the village of Jangbi, which takes about 3 to 4 hours. The trail passes through lush forests, small streams, and traditional farming areas, offering chances to see rare plants, birds, and possibly the golden langur. As you walk between 1000 to 1350 meters in altitude, you’ll enjoy scenic views and peaceful surroundings. Arrive at Jangbi in the afternoon for dinner and overnight at a campsite or local homestay.

Day 5Day 5 : Jangbi village to Kudra village . Distance 13-14.5 KM | Walking Time 6 hours | Altitude range 1350M-1500M.

On this day , continue your trek from Jangbi to Kudra, which takes around 6 hours. The trail winds through thick forests, bamboo groves, and small streams, with occasional clearings offering beautiful views of the valleys below. Along the way, you may spot wildlife and learn about local plants used in traditional medicine. As you trek between 1350 to 1500 meters in altitude, you’ll pass by remote settlements and fields. Day 6Day 6 : Kudra village to Nabji village . Distance 11-14KM | Walking Time 6 hours | Altitude range 1500M- 1300M.

Today’s trek takes you from Kudra to Nabji, the trail descends gently through beautiful forests, rice fields, and traditional farmland. Along the way, enjoy scenic views and the peaceful natural surroundings. Upon reaching Nabji Village, take time to explore this charming community. Visit the Nabji Temple, a small but historically significant site linked to the spread of Buddhism in the region. Begin your trek from Nabji to Korphu Village, a journey of 9.5 to 13 km that takes about 3 hours. The trail gradually pass through dense forests, small streams, and terraced fields. Along the way, enjoy beautiful views of the valley below. Upon reaching Korphu, explore the village known for its traditional lifestyle and stunning natural surroundings. After breakfast, trek from Korphu to Nyimshong, a walk of 11–12 km that takes around 5 hours. The trail goes downhill from 1500m to 1300m, passing through forests and farmland. Enjoy peaceful nature and views along the way. On arrival, explore Nyimshong Village and meet the local people. Dinner and overnight stay at a homestay.

Day 09. Day 9 : Nyimshong village to Reotala. Distance 5-6 KM | Walking Time 2 hours | Altitude range 1300M-1000M.

After breakfast, trek from Nyimshong to Reotala, a short walk through forests and farmland. Reotala Village is a small, tranquil settlement nestled in beautiful natural surroundings.
