Sightseeing’s for the day – Memorial Stupa, Buddha Point, Preserve Center for Takins, Changlimithang stadium and Archery Ground.
Upon landing in Paro Airport, you will be moved to Thimphu City, the capital of Bhutan.
On your way to Thimphu, enjoy the hypnotizing views of the mountain valleys and the waterways.
After arriving at Thimphu, Check-in into your hotel to drop your luggage’s and start your sightseeing around Thimphu.
First of all we will visit the Memorial Stupa. Built by the Royal Queen Mother in memory of the Late Third king of Bhutan.
After the Memorial stupa we will drive to Buddha Point, one of the largest Buddha statues in the world (167 feet). The statue is located on top a mountain providing a magnificent view of the city.
Take a break for lunch. And after lunch visit the Preserve Center for Takins, the national animal of Bhutan.
When you’re done visiting the Takins, take a stroll around the town. Take a glimpse of Changlimithang stadium and Archery Ground.
Drive back to the hotel. Dinner will be served, overnight stay at Thimphu.
Sightseeing’s for the day – Chime Lhakhang, Punakha Dzong, Dochu La.
Today you will be moving to Punakha. Stop by Dochu La (3,100m); which on a radiant morning offers brilliant views of the higher Himalayan ranges.
Additionally, the place is tranquil and is widely known for its 108 Stupas known as “Druk Wangyal stupas.”
Continue with your trip to Punakha through Wangdue. At Wangdue visit Chime Lhakhang built during the fifteenth century.
Right when you’re done exploring take a break for lunch.
After lunch drive to Punakha to visit Punakha Dzong. The fortification is situated at the confluence of two rivers which makes it delightful and appealing. Sightseeing for the day comes to an end for the day. Drive to Hotel, transient stay at Punakha.
Sightseeing’s for the day – Phobjikha Sanctuary, Gangtey Gompa Monastery.
As the day begins, we will drive to Phobjikha. Phobjikha is one of Bhutan’s few glacial valleys and home to the rare black-necked cranes. The cranes fly to Phobjikha from the Tibetan plateau during winter.
Spend the day exploring Phobjikha, including a visit to Phobjikha Sanctuary with a chance to see the rare Black Necked Cranes (Nov-Mar).
Followed by a visit to Gangtey Gompa Monastery. Built during the sixteenth century. The structure is a beautiful example of ancient Buddhist architecture.
After visiting the monastery drive to the hotel. The rest of the time will be for leisure. Phobjikha is a place where you may relax and enjoy the view and the surroundings. Overnight stay at Phobjikha.
Sightseeing’s for the day – Semtokha Dzong, Royal Botanical Garden, Simply Bhutan.
After an early breakfast, drive to Thimphu.
Upon arriving at Thimphu visit Semtokha Dzong. It houses the Institute for Language and Cultural studies. And is one of the oldest structures in the country.
Once you’re done exploring the institute, drive to the Royal Botanical Garden. This Botanical Park is full of different flora and fauna including Children’s Park and small restaurants.
After the Botanical Park, drive to simply Bhutan. It’s a historical museum resembling an old Bhutanese town. It highlights conventional cooking, performances and exhibitions.
Sightseeing’s for the day – Hike to Tigers Nest Monastery.
After a good meal at the hotel, we will drive to Paro and head toward the base of the mountain to begin our climb.
The religious monastery is found 900 meters above the valley floor giving terrific views of the Paro valley.
It takes roughly 3 – 6 hours to finish the climb. You can likewise lease a pony to climb the path in the event that you can’t talk.
After the climb drive back to your hotel, spruce up yourself, and the evening will be for a leisure stay at the hotel with an overnight stay at Paro.
End of your Bhutan Tour.
On the last day, after breakfast, you will check out from the hotel. Your guide and driver will drive you to the Airport. With this, your tour in Bhutan will come to an end.
