I recently enjoyed a delightful stay at a stunning Bhutanese property. The overall experience was positive, thanks to excellent accommodations and services in picturesque locations. However, the dining experience varied across cities. Le Meridien hotel in Paro’s food was average, not matching the high standards set by the lodging. In contrast, Thimphu and Punakha impressed with their delectable cuisine, surpassing expectations. In summary, the top-notch accommodations and scenic settings made for a memorable trip, though Paro’s food fell short. Nonetheless, Bhutan’s natural beauty and warm hospitality ensured by excursion was a memorable journey, with Thimphu and Punakha elevating the culinary experience.
